Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examinations $120

Interstate CDL drivers are required to obtain their medical certification from a healthcare professional who is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and has been trained, tested and certified on the specific physical qualifications that affect a driver's ability to safely operate the vehicle.
Dr. Marion Fraser is listed on the National Registry and is qualified to perform DOT physical exams. These exams can be scheduled at our office or, with a minimum number of drivers, they can be performed at your facility. No more waiting for hours at the urgent care clinics or primary care facilities. I will take you by scheduled appointment and you will be done in under an hour.
The DOT physical exam helps certify that a driver does not have any physical, mental or organic condition that might affect his or her ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle. The exam incorporates the required medical assessment (including vision, hearing, blood pressure/pulse and urine specimen testing, and review of medical history) and includes the DOT medical certification card. It is valid for up to a maximum 24 months.

Price: $120, includes: consultation, examination and urinalysis testing. Call today 802-825-6068 and keep in compliance with federal regulations.
